STAY NEAR NAPLES

The house rises up between the Roman ruins and is surrounded by greenery. It is the house that was owned by the grandfather and which was rebuilt after the war and recently restored. It is built on three levels and has a dominant position on the sea and the surrounding hills, offering exclusive views from NW to SE on the lake, the lighthouse and the islands of Campania. 
The sunny house has spacious outdoor spaces and a seawater swimming pool that provides a relaxing atmosphere. 
Furnished with rustic and essential styles, with attention to fine details, it is able to satisfy the diverse needs of its customers. Ideal for a quiet holiday that requires plenty of attractions, including a business trip, a trip journey where you get in touch with the traditions and flavors of the area.

Rooms

There are five and are built in the middle level of the villa. They are comfortable, bright and scenic. Equipped with air-conditioning and selected facilities to help you feel at home.

Air-conditioned double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath/shower)

Single/double room with shared bathroom

The kitchen
The kitchen is both comfortable and functional, fully equipped, has 4 fireplaces, 2 fridges with freezers, a dishwasher, oven, appliances, and a terrace with laundry facilities
The lounge
In original style, offering a distinctive fireplace, ideal for moments of reflection and relaxation. It is especially cozy, bright, spacious and offers a terrific panoramic view.
The exterior
The exterior design blends in perfectly with the area surrounding the house. Sunlit, quiet and scenic views allow you to enjoy the unique climate of the area. There is a pool, terraces and the porch.
The Swimming Pool
Pool with sea water, panoramic view, with lighting, solarium, change room, showers, toilets. Practical features with all the relevant equipment as well as a trampoline
The terraces
Ample areas equipped with the relevant amenities, andered by ancient ruins, Mediterranean scrub and relaxing landscapes that provide the opportunity to engage in moments of leisure
The Portico
Nestled between the Roman ruins and the vegetation of the surrounding countryside. It is arranged in a rustic style, but perfectly elegant for family or social events. It offers a brick barbecue and ping-pong table

Prices include water and gas consumption, electricity consumption at 0.35 euro per KWh.

Useful information
(What you need to know)

Guests may arrive by appointment between the hours of 15h00 and 16h30, and the apartment must be vacated by 10h00 am (Different times can be arranged according to the needs of the guests).
Animals are allowed subject to advance notice. Guests shall be liable for any damage.
Accommodation for disabled persons needs to be arranged in advance in order to ensure sufficient time for any organizational requirements.
Upon request, we also offer trips to restaurants, hiking and excursion, by boat (even sailing), by bicycle, etc.
When arriving, as well as during your stay, there will be many cultural-natural and food-related activities to enjoy.

Unless special arrangements are made, only people who do not live in the Campania region may rent the accommodation. If this is the case, please inform us before making the reservation.

Payment methods

To confirm your reservation, please deposit an amount of 30% / 50% by bank transfer or postal order with a copy of the payment and booking form by fax to 081-405479
The remaining payment will be made in cash upon arrival or in advance by bank transfer.
Cancellations must be communicated by fax, or e-mail to flegreahousesrl @ pec, at least 45 working days in advance (60 days during high season). Failure to comply with this advance notice period will result in guests being charged for the entire stay.
If canceled within 60 days prior to your stay, you will be charged 50% of the balance due for your stay.
As stated above, ask for confirmation at the time of booking.
